TAN REMOVAL

Hi Ladies,

I used to got tan easily in every season but I used to tan badly especially in summers.  I use sunscreen religiously and i also try to avoid going outdoors in the day time but I have to go to office daily.  It takes only 7 to 8 minutes to reach my office but i feel that my skin is very sensitive towards sun and i got tanned in such a short period. But now i have solved this problem a bit.  My sister has told me a very simple and  easy tip to get rid of tanning.

All you have to need is watermelon.  Take a watermelon rind and extract the white part of it.  Put it in mixture to form a smooth paste and then apply it on exposed parts of body to sun.  Wash it off after 15 to 20 minutes.

I use this pack on every alternate day and it has removed a lot of tanning.  You can also do it.

Happy summers!

FASHIONABLE PATIALA SALWAR

Patiala Salwar is a very comfortable and beautiful garment.  It suits very well on women of any age.   It is originated from Patiala in Punjab.  Patiala Salwar was the royal dress of the King of Patiala.  In earlier times, men wore it as a royal dress but now it has become a fashion statement for women.  It is very comfortable and durable during summers.

Kareena Kapoor looks beautiful in Patiala Salwar in the movie “Bodyguard”.  She is looking very decent.  She has matched her salwar with unmatched kurtis like blue kurta with orange salwar and pink dupatta.  Now this has become the style statement.

You can purchase it from market otherwise you can also got it stitched from your tailor and match with kurtis.  It can worn with or without dupatta.  You can combine it with flat Punjab jutti or kolhapuri chappal to complement the look.

So girls! what are you waiting for.  Go and grab this stylish and comfortable garment.

HOW TO GET FAIR SKIN WITHOUT SPENDING ANY MONEY

I have dark and oily skin.  I really needed a cream that suits my oily skin and made me fair too.  But my i failed to search such type of cream.  Then my mother told me the secret to get oilfree and fair skin.  Yes! the magical ingredients were in my kitchen.  The ingredients were malai or milk cream and haldi (turmeric)

 Milk Cream

                                                                       Turmeric

It is very easy to use this mixture.  Just take a tiny amount of malai and just a pinch of turmeric.  Mix it well and apply it on your face just like cream.  After applying this mixture your skin will appear a bit oily but after messaging it well on your skin your skin will look fair and matte immediately.  You can use this mixture on place of night cream.  It is a chemical free night cream which will make your skin fair and soft on the morning and it is money saver too!

WHITE TONE FACE POWDER REVIEW

My name is Hema Sharma.  I have very oily skin so to use a face powder on my skin is a must.  Usually I use Lakme Perfect Radiance Compact on my skin but now these days (during monsoon) my skin is very oily and sticky. So I am using White Tone Face Powder these days.  I viewed the commercial of this powder on television and when I saw it in a cosmetic shop I bought it immediately.

Product to be reviewed – White Tone Face Powder

It is a white coloured powder with a mild fragrance.  It comes in a cute jar with a flip cap.

Ingredients:-

Talc, Calcium Carbonate, Aluminium Starch Octenylsuccinate, Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Dioxide, Mica, Alumina, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer and Silica, Perfume.
Price:- Rs. 55/- for 30 gms.

What the company claims:-
White Tone is a face powder which gives you fairness instantly compared to fairness creams which takes four to six weeks to make you fair.

My experience with this powder:-
After applying my moisturiser and sunscreen I apply it evenly on my face and it keeps my face oil free for at least 5-6 hours.  I can say that this powder is very useful for me as I have super duper oily skin.  After using an oil free moisturiser and sunscreen it still gets oily only after one or two hours.  But this powder has helped me a lot in these summers.  It is very cheap at the price of Rs.55/-.

Pros of White Tone Face Powder:-
1.     It has a very mild fragrance.
2.     It gives an fair and oil free look.
3.     Doesn’t makes your face patchy.
4.     It is easily available at medical stores, cosmetics shops and grocery shops.
5.     Very cheap!
6.     Easy to carry in purse.

Cons of White Tone Face Powder:-
1.     Doesn’t makes your skin fair permanently.

Will I repurchase this again:-
Yes!  I love this product as it suited my oily skin.

Will I recommend this to others:-
Oh yes! I will recommend it for people who have very oily skin and are on a budget.
